Note: this advice requires a basic knowledge of electricity. If you are not sure call in a qualified engineer.

  • Tub Recently Drained
    • Turn the power off. Look for bleed screws on the end of the pump and open them to bleed air out. Get ready to close them again when water squirts out.
    • Repeat this with filter bleed screw if fitted.
    • Turn power on and check jets.
    • If necessary repeat bleeding.
  • Tub Not Drained
    • Is the high speed pump working? If yes go to 2. If not check that voltage is reching the pump and that there are no broken circuits.
    • Do some of the jets have good flow? If yes go to 3. If not then
      • Open pump and check for obstructions.
      • Is filter clogged? Try running spa without a filter and see if things improve.
      • Check for broken or closed valves.
      • Make sure the water level is not too low and the floating weir on the skimmer is not stuck.
    • If you have good flow out of some jets then some may be closed. Depending on the type of jets they may be adjustable for pressure.
    • Check for obstructions in nozzles and that seals are in good order.
